DELIVERY RATES
We currently only ship within the UK.

Purchases over £50 qualify for free shipping to the UK Mainland, and are sent via our preferred couriers.

Purchases under £50 to the UK Mainland incur a £6.95, delivery charge.

Purchases to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, and the Scottish Highlands incur a £15 delivery charge.

Our aim is to ship your product to you within 3 working days. You may experience a shipping delay with some of our items; this will be noted on the products’ pages.

RETURNS
We hope that you’re thrilled with your purchase; however, if you experience an issue, we’re happy to help.

You have 14 days in which to return your unused item.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the condition in which you received it and in the original packaging.

To begin your return, please email info@aufora.com with your order number, your contact details, and the reason you are returning the item.

Once we have your information, we will issue you an authorisation code.

You are responsible for shipping your returns to Aufora.

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit, so we suggest that you send your package via a Tracked & Signed delivery service to ensure that it arrives safely.

If you are returning an item that you received damaged or faulty, or one that has been incorrectly supplied by Aufora, you will be refunded your shipping costs.

For undamaged/unwanted items, we are regrettably unable to compensate you for your shipping costs.

 

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.

When your refund is approved, Aufora will credit your original method of payment within 5 - 7 working days.

If you have not received a refund within that window, please refer to your bank account or contact your credit card company; there is often a processing period before a refund is posted.

As Aufora is not able to process exchanges, we ask that you place a new order online for the product you want.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
